Milk Education is looking to recruit an individual with the transferable skills and knowledge to be a Cover Supervisor in Secondary schools in Chesterfield and Worksop.

The schools we are partnered with wish to recruit a Cover Supervisor to alleviate pressure from staff and provide continuity to pupils during periods of absence.

Responsibilities:

Positive classroom management, building rapport, and a good working relationship with students and staff alike
Being adaptable to students needs providing 1:1 and small group assistance where required
Working with other staff members to meet schools' expectations of learning and development
