Compliance Officer - member of Management Team


QMS

• Responsibility and authority for the
  QMS
• Maintenance of the
  QMS
• Establishing quality objectives
• Customer focus and product conformity
• Process establishment and continuous improvement.
• Non conformity investigation and corrective action reporting.
• Internal audit planning and management.
• Release of products - quality.
• Internal and external communication.

H&S

• Ensuring the business is legally compliant with all H&S legislation
• Develop and execute H&S plans according to guidelines
• Preparing and enforcing policies to create a culture of H&S
• Audit and risk assessment of practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to H&S legislation
• Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention.
• Monitor compliance to policies and laws by checking employees and operations.
• Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
• Investigate accidents or incidents to discover root cause.
• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
• Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics.

HR

• Interviews - conducting, panel member & arranging.
• Onboarding new starters - Inductions
• Reporting and resolving disciplinary issues.

Evaluation of statistics from the Manufacturing data produced by our POPS system.

Carrying out tool box talks with staff to support the
QMS and company vision.
