Description

We are looking for a new member to join our clients team based in Clevedon.

A position has become vacant for an energetic individual to be able to deliver products to our clients customers who are usually based within an approximate 50-mile radius from the office.

The role would also involve general warehouse duties such as unpacking and putting products away, picking products for delivery, answering phone calls and in addition spending time within the goods in / out department.

Job description:

Unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the warehouses, storing goods received promptly, systematically and safely
Inventory and stock taking
Unpack the goods from pallet and upload to the Van for delivery
Picking and packing orders, Loading and unloading deliveries
Keep the warehouse and store organised and safe, in line with company standards
Drive the company Van to deliver materials and good to the stores and sites

Requirements:

Physically fit as some heavy lifting_ involved of warehouse goods

Full clean UK Driving Licence (company van manual)
Approachable, possessing an open and friendly personality
Enjoys working and supporting a team, but can always be relied upon to work as an individual
Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within the company

Applicants should be fit and energetic with good communication skills, the ability to handle assembly of our items (full training will be provided), suitable IT skills, a valid driving license, a forklift license is preferred but not necessary, flexible approach towards working routine, a positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility along with being able to work both in a team and on your own.

The position is for a full time role Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm however hours may differ slightly depending on deliveries and cover for other staff members.

Salary:
£10.60-£12.00 per hour
