We are looking for an Conference Coordinator to join our team at Hillscourt Conference Centre.

The main duties of the Conference Coordinator is to provide administrative/clerical services to support the Conference Centre Manager including:

  • responding to enquiries;
- process bedroom accommodation bookings and handling bookings for meetings and functions
- corresponding with conference/function organisers;
- holding weekly function sheet meetings with Heads of Teams.
