Administrator / Operations Assistant
The Best Connection are looking for a
Customer Service Administrator / Operations Support Assistant for our prestigious client based in Crawley to join their team on an ongoing to permanent basis.
Pay Rate:
£11.59
Working hours are 5 days a week, 09:00 - 17:30
The purpose of this role is to support the Distribution team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
Duties of a Customer service administrator:
ABOUT YOU
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Problem solver with the ability to act quickly
- Superior attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills
- Multitask and the ability to prioritise multiple demands.
- Personable and friendly approach
- Planning Engineer diaries as well as updating jobs
- Creating and chasing PO's
- Management of the office inbox.
Requirements for a Customer service Administrator:
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Attentive and keen eye for detail
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely (English verbal and written essential)
- Strong IT skills (training provided for the company's Internal systems).
This is a ongoing opportunity with the potential for a permanent position if you prove successful in the role with incentives for doing so.
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave prorata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
