Administrator / Operations Assistant


The Best Connection are looking for a
Customer Service Administrator / Operations Support Assistant for our prestigious client based in Crawley to join their team on an ongoing to permanent basis.


Pay Rate:
£11.59


Working hours are 5 days a week, 09:00 - 17:30


The purpose of this role is to support the Distribution team with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the operation.

This role is pivotal to providing excellence in Customer Service


Duties of a Customer service administrator:

ABOUT YOU

  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Problem solver with the ability to act quickly
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Multitask and the ability to prioritise multiple demands.
  • Personable and friendly approach
  • Planning Engineer diaries as well as updating jobs
  • Creating and chasing PO's
  • Management of the office inbox.

Requirements for a Customer service Administrator:

  • Confident and polite telephone manner
  • Attentive and keen eye for detail
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely (English verbal and written essential)
  • Strong IT skills (training provided for the company's Internal systems).
