TeamJobs are looking for an experienced Management Accountant to join OUR finance team in Poole
This is a great office-based opportunity, paying up to £40k DOE, with plenty of benefits on offer

Your job duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Supervising and developing our Trainee Accountant
  • Producing monthly management accounts for all group companies (TeamJobs, Team Cleaning and Team Automotive Staffing)
  • Forecasting
  • Managing and supervising IDF (Invoice Discounting Facility)
  • Preparing and submitting monthly reconciliations
  • Liaising with external auditors
  • Monitoring cashflow
  • Overviewing and ensuring all debts are collected to terms and credit limits
  • Preparing and submitting monthly VAT returns, staff, and external payroll including understanding weekly payroll processes
  • Managing all reconciliations in preparation for year end and audits

What you will need to be successful:

  • Accounting qualification
  • AAT / ACCA / CIMA (part or fully qualified)
  • Proficient in Excel and strong IT skills
  • Experience managing and developing staff
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great time management
  • Organisational skills
