Based in Basingstoke

REED Business Support are actively recruiting on behalf of an established organisation for a permanent Customer Service Advisor.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has previous experience in customer service.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

Make daily calls in accordance with the call diary to generate repeat orders.
Receive inbound sales orders and enquiries.
Participate fully in monthly sales activity.
Carry out scheduled administration tasks in line with daily reporting.
Contribute towards call centre KPIs.
Deal with all customer queries/ requests for product and service information.
Resolve all customer concerns in a timely manner.
Manage out of stock items by communicating with purchasing and advising customer accordingly.
Maintain effective communications and good working relationships with all internal and external teams.
