Description
Support customers and internal sales with delivery of Connected Services and digital tools for technical delivery and onsite installations. Work alongside our Customer Service Global digitization team.

Description

Digital Service Delivery Remote:
Onboard and maintain digital agreement holding. Connected Service customer accounts. Run digital reports for customers remotely. Work with our Global Service support center on event message reporting andplatform development. Enable user access to digital portals.


Digital Service Delivery Onsite:
Sales support through technical digital service delivery. Onsite integration and setup of services. Onsite installation of hardware.

Demonstration of platform. Run digital reports and review alongside the customer


Profile

Requirements - Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
GCSE's A*-C (English, Maths, Science) - (Higher/ equivariant).

Electrical/ Mechanical/ Software engineering qualification.

Network configuration.

IT equipment setup and configuration.

Data management tools and databases.

Technical support experience (Desirable)

Personal interest in Engineering (Desirable)
