Contact Centre Advisor to join our team. In return you will receive a competitive package of

About the Role
We are looking to recruit anexperienced Contact Centre Advisor to join our busy team. You will be responsible forbooking annual services, MOTs and repairs through inbound and outbound calls.
There will also be an element of cross selling within this role.
This a full time permanentposition working 42.5 hours Monday to Friday including Saturdays on a rotabasis.

To be successful in this roleyou will:

  • Have a friendly andprofessional telephone manner
  • Have previous experience in acustomer service role
  • Be able to work at pace withaccuracy and attention to detail
  • Be selfmotivated and able tomanage to own workload
