Look no further We're searching for a
Customer Service Executive to join our client based in the beautiful city of Cambridge.


As a Customer Service Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and ensuring their needs are met.

You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product knowledge and advice.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should be able to work well under pressure and have a positive attitude. You'll also need to be detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.

To be considered for this role you will
need to have - 5 years Customer Service Experience within an office setting, as well as being adept in use of MS Office 2000 or later, Ideally CRM & ERP experience (SAP).


In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of
up to £25k, along with a
5% bonus of your salary.
