Purpose of Job:

The role holder will be responsible for oversight delivery of effective and efficient trust administration services. These services are to members and clients of International Employee Benefit Plans.

Flexible support and senior assistance to multiple jurisdiction administration teams processing a variety of events in lifecycle of a Plan, including financial transaction approvals.

The events include (not limited to) contribution processing, distribution payments to members and corporate payrolls, interactions with corporate clients, members and third parties, break investigations, processing of member fees and adherence to jurisdictional legislation and Plan rules.


You will be responsible and accountable for the reporting and oversight delivery of the highest standard of administration services including projects and initiatives that meet the stewardship and governance requirements of the Plans within agreed standards and timeframes.


Main Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Monitor a varied client range services within the timescales set and agreed, investigating and suggesting enhancements where necessary, ensuring timely and effective client care
  • Complete review of processes for client entities to ensure optimum delivery, remain aware of risk exposure, including the fulfilment of responsibilities under the review procedures
  • Awareness and adherence to contractual and statutory obligations under the Group's policies, procedures and guidelines, including the Group's core values and expected behaviours
  • Ensure a professional service is provided to all stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records, ensuring all statutory obligations are complied with
  • Through participation in wide range of activities and effective administration, ensure existing clients are retained
  • Assist with training and lessons learned to reduce key person reliance
  • Check, maintain and ensure accuracy of trackers and plans to ensure that deadlines are recorded and met
  • Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with any qualification and Group level requirements;
  • To complete all work activities in line with best practice and compliance with checklists, team procedures, governing documentation, Group Risk and Compliance procedures, legislative rules and regulations
  • To take responsibility for organisation of own work activities to control and maximise service delivery and efficiency.
  • To make every effort to ensure performance targets and quality standards are met and to recommend procedural changes to improve the standards
  • To liaise with other JTC teams and stakeholders as required ensuring effective coordinated delivery of services including new client implementations and existing client reviews.
  • To participate in good team communication
  • To participate in client and business driven initiatives and improvements
  • To identify, evaluate and report risks to line manager whilst making suggestions for improvement and complete corrective/preventative actions in order to reduce operational events and complaints
  • Preparation/coordination of client reporting

Essential Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years Defined Contribution Plan Experience
  • Thorough understanding of scheme rules and legislative requirements
  • Proven record of creating efficiencies and process improvement
  • Proven ability to investigate and respond to complex queries
  • Strong organisational skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and strong customer service skills
  • High level of accuracy
