Job Overview:
Join our prison support team and be part of keeping the facility operational. Expect a dynamic role involving various physical tasks, such as lifting, carrying, and patrolling, with training provided and a supportive team environment.

Life as an OSG:

  • Gate duties
    - Secure entry and exit, vehicle escort, key management
  • Control room
    - Radio operations, CCTV monitoring
  • Visits
    - Visitor assistance, escorting
  • Correspondence
    - Mail monitoring, contraband detection
  • Night duties
    - Cell checks, prisoner accountability
  • Reception
    - Prisoner processing, property management
  • Prisoner supervision
    - Clothing exchange, escort support
  • Food delivery
    - Meal distribution
  • Driving duties
    - Prisoner transportation, mail collection
  • Phone calls
    - Phone system monitoring, record-keeping
  • Procedures and protocol
    - Adherence to policies, response to incidents
