We are delighted to be working with our reputable client based in Worcester to recruit for a Team Leader.

With over 15 years' experience in the industry, their client base is always expanding due to the high levels of tailored solutions and customer satisfactionthey provide.


The role:


  • Develop and implement processes and procedures
  • Ensure KPI's are hit in relation to delivery of work
  • Coach and provide professional development to all team members
  • Provide appropriate support to all team members
  • Escalation point of contact for queries and responsible for re distribution of these as necessary
  • Act as a daytoday account manager for key clients
  • Prepare and issue regular monthly progress reports
  • Nurture customer and supplier relationships maintaining revenue streams whilst providing regular updates to clients
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties ad required
