Description

The Role

  • Support the Learning and Development Manager in delivering a broad range of training, development and learning opportunities for the company's employees.
  • Deliver, support and evaluate IT training for induction training as well as new and existing software programmes for all members of staff.
  • Develop and present blended learning training content related to projects through a mixture of elearning, facetoface or online training.
  • Evaluated the effectiveness of training programmes in line with learning outcomes
  • Induct new colleagues onto the existing software packages as well as liaise with the IT team on new projects and assist in the delivery of the same.
  • Regular visits to companies' other offices

The Person

  • Must have previous experience in organising, planning and delivering training programmes
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Selfmotivated; with the ability to motivate others
  • Able to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
