Salary:
OTE £55k

Position:
Permanent - Full Time

Our client is a specialist Letting Agency with offices in the Horsham area and they are looking for an experienced
Lettings & Management Finance Manager.

Additional skills and experience could include involvement in the acquisition of lettings portfolios.

They must have significant experience in developing and motivating a team. You will be responsible for setting targets, recruitment, training, disciplines and motivation.

Skills:
The skills required for this Lettings & Management Finance Manager (Estate Agency) role will include:

Current and previous experience as a Finance Manager
Full understanding of property management accounts
Ability to motivate and develop a team
Smart & wellpresented
Excellent telephone manner and superb interpersonal skills
Ambitious and selfmotivated
The ability to thrive in a pressurised environment
