Description

Responsibilities:


Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Answering telephone and directing calls
  • Dealing with post
  • Filing, photocopying and scanning
  • Recording and maintaining accurate computerised and manual filing systems
  • Assisting with management of stock
  • PA support to Office Manager and Director
  • Admin support to Engineers
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and updating their information
  • Dealing with suppliers and supplier invoices
  • Using social media
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy office environment
Any other duties deemed suitable to the post.

Salary:
£12,844.00 per year
