Responsibilities:
Duties include (but not limited to):
- Answering telephone and directing calls
- Dealing with post
- Filing, photocopying and scanning
- Recording and maintaining accurate computerised and manual filing systems
- Assisting with management of stock
- PA support to Office Manager and Director
- Admin support to Engineers
- Dealing with customer enquiries and updating their information
- Dealing with suppliers and supplier invoices
- Using social media
- Maintaining a clean and tidy office environment

Qualifications
