Please refer to the attached job description, which details the full role and responsibilities of the receptionist post.

Whilst this role is supporting reception/telephone calls during times of sickness or annual leave additional to this the role would require the following duties:

Minuting of meetings on a regular basis, supporting with Medic work as required, ensuring orders are placed for stationary and other required items on Oracle, updating ESR as required, assisting with ADHD work as required and any other Business Support tasks as required, Please do contact us, if you would like to discuss the role further or have an informal visit.
