The role:


The successful applicants will be required to provide full care services which includes help with personal care, dressing/undressing and assistance with showering/bathing.

Working to the principles of care offering choice, promoting independence and helping to maintain the dignity of the people in our care.

Formal qualifications are not necessary for the post, but basic reading and writing skills are essential. Experience of working in care would be an advantage.

You should be flexible in your approach to work, as you will be required to work a rota which includes weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays.

You should be a team player with the ability to work without direct supervision as required.


Please note:

From 11 November 2021, anyone entering a Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered care home in England must be able to demonstrate that they have received a complete course of their COVID-19 vaccination, unless exemptions apply.

This applies to CQC-registered care homes that provide accommodation for people needing nursing or personal care.


Applicants for this role must show proof that they have received a complete course of their COVID 19 vaccinations
prior to attending for interview, or provide evidence of an exemption in line with government regulations and accompanying operational guidance.

DBS clearance is required.


The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
