Job summary
We are looking for an IT Support & Data Analyst to serve as the primary point of contact for IT inquiries while driving the organisation's data-led insights.This role carries weighted responsibilities, blending first-line technical assistance with the design of Power BI reports and the maintenance of rigorous data quality.
- You'll serve as the initial point of contact for IT, providing professional assistance to end-users across all St Anne's services.
- You'll take responsibility for data integrity, identifying and resolving quality issues to ensure our reporting is accurate and AI-ready.
