Customer Success Specialist - Software (Maternity Cover)


Location:
Aberdeen


Salary:
£25,000 - £30,000 per year dependent on experience


Working Hours: 37.5 Hours / week

Who Are You?


You are someone with experience in customer service and/or digital marketing, passionate about promoting the brand and driven by the desire to provide top-notch support to our customers.

You understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with clients and are ready to go the extra mile to ensure our clients have everything they need throughout their subscription.

You are organised and have strong literacy and communication skills.

Prior knowledge of our software, Bowtie Master, is not a requirement, but an enthusiasm to learn is crucial.

You should be comfortable using software such as WordPress, MailChimp, and Canva, and ideally, you've had experience with other marketing and customer support tools.


What Will You Be Doing?

  • Providing exceptional support to our Bowtie Master software customers, helping them get the most out of the software
  • Responding promptly and professionally to support queries
  • Organising and running webinars to enhance customer experience
  • Regularly checking in with our customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Performing software demos to engage potential clients
  • Supporting the sales team with additional information on Bowtie Master
  • Promoting the Salus Technical brand through various social media channels
  • Using software tools like WordPress, MailChimp, and Canva to manage and enhance communication and marketing efforts
