Do you come from a service-focused background and have a real attention to detail? Are you looking for a new challenge in a business which is rapidly growing? If so, we're recruiting for a
Contract Coordinator role to join our friendly People team on a
1 year fixed term contract.


About the role


This is a pivotal role where you will answer and facilitate clinical requests within the contract team and keep up-to-date records/data on our Associate clinicians (full training and support will of course be provided).


Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing first line support to Practice Managers for clinical contracting and recordskeeping queries
  • Responsibility for engaging with Associate clinicians directly to assist in the resolution of queries
  • Fostering strong working relationships with clinicians and regularly reporting insights
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely keeping of master data
  • Ensuring all stakeholders are updated with details of all Associates who leave Portman
  • Accurate and timely keeping of records for IR3
  • Dealing with contractual variations for all existing Associates
  • Creating leaver acknowledgement letters for all Associates leaving Portman
  • Chasing documents and administering templates in the Docusign system

About you

Either way, if you have experience in an administrative role with a specific focus on records keeping, then we'd love to hear from you.

It's an added bonus if you've worked in a legal or HR-related position previously, but this isn't vital. Please note that this role is for a 1 year fixed term contract.
