Maintenance Person - Greater London, United Kingdom - Midlands Living

Description

We require a general maintenance worker to assist in maintaining our portfolio of supported accommodation properties in and around Greater London.

You will be an all-rounder with good general maintenance skills, including decorating and basic repairs.

You will have experience of Health & Safety regulations with the ability to inspect properties and identify areas for repair or improvement.

We require someone flexible who is willing to undertake jobs as directed by the Area Manager.
