Description

At Greys we are currently recruiting a Senior Nurse Manager to join our client on a full-time permanent basis.

You will be based on site in Plymouth and required to carry out a varied remit inclusive of:

Take overall responsibility for the effective day to day management of the Emergency Treatment Service.
Manage the nursing resource and objectives
Undertake performance reviews with staff
Coordinate, develop and deliver relevant training programmes to staff

Requirements:

A&E Experience
Previous management experience
Selfmotivated and proactive approach
Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
IT Literate
Ability to prioritise workload
Ensure compliance with responsibilities under HP policy and health and safety legislation.
Prescribing Authority is desirable

Salary - £50,000 per annum dept on experience + Benefits.
