Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Staff Nurse to work in New Hall Hospital, Salisbury on a full-time basis.

The salary for this permanent Staff Nurse job is £33,000 per annum.

We have full time, part time, days and nights available to staff our new development.

The expansion will offer a new side to the Ward comprising of extra beds and state-of-the-art facilities, extra day surgery pods to accommodate for more patients, an extralaminar flow Theatre and an upgrade to our Imaging Department.

This investment will ensure the hospital continues to grow as a centre of excellence in spinal and orthopaedic care, to become the busiest centre for elective spinal surgery in the UK.

Requirements of the Staff Nurse:


  • An excellent and high standard of clinical practice with excellent clinical outcomes
  • Patients health and wellbeing across a complex pathway and changing caseload
  • Communicates delivery and outcomes of care to patients and to other members of the team
  • Develop excellent working relationships
  • Maintain excellent standards with infection control
