The team


This is a local role located at Saltfleetby-Theddlethorpe Dunes National Nature Reserve on the Lincolnshire coast, based in the East Midlands Area Team.


This is an exciting opportunity to join our team, where you will be working on the day-to-day management of the site, largely outdoor working or from our workshop at Saltfleetby.

Job description

Saltfleetby-Theddlethorpe Dune NNR is a coastal site stretching from Mablethorpe north to Saltfleet Haven.

The habitat is made of dunes grassland, saltmarsh, beach; in addition we manage 100 hectares of wet grassland at Elm House Farm part of the Lincolnshire Coast Grazing Marsh.

A good ability to build and maintain productive relationships with the team, our volunteers and the local communities. A positive, adaptable approach and good communication skills are essential for the role.


All skills required for the role will be offered either internally or externally taught, but a full driving license is essential for the role.


Location
This role will be based at the Saltfleetby-Theddlethorpe National Nature Reserve base near Louth on the Lincolnshire Coast.
