Administrator to join their busy office.
Administrator - Benefits

Monday to Friday: 37.5 hours am - 16:30pm_

£11.00 an hour_

Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
- Organising the schedules of installers
- Managing company database and records
- Arranging the data into the database to produce quotations and sending through to Clients
- Ordering supplies for the office and for the factory
- Producing invoices for customers via Xero.
- Taking payments from customers
- Management of data and information
- Overall management of office facilities including utilities, supplies and basic IT.
Administrator - Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience within Administration
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Capacity for multitasking
- Works to deadlines effectively
- Willing to learn / develop personal skills
