Lead Talent is working exclusively with a leading and evolving recruitment brand for a Recruitment Trainer to support the learner journey of their new starters from experienced hires through to trainees.
We're looking for someone special to join an already strong and successful Learning and Development team, delivering training in both classroom and virtual settings, along with supporting with coaching and the overall learner journey.
As a Recruitment Trainer you will have a strong track record in the recruitment industry and be hungry for a new challenging career move into the L&D space.
You will be a strategic thinker, able to assess the skills and knowledge within this organisationand determine the best training solutions to support retention and growth.
With an extensive course content library already at your fingertips, you will also be responsible for building and designing content to keep training fresh and relevant and always look to support continuous improvement within their L&D offerings.

Along with exceptional organisational and planning skills and a personal desire for your own development (the company will support you in attaining L&D qualification to include CIPD Level 5)
