Personal Assistant

Ipswich Hospital | Administration | Permanent contract | Part time

Up to £30,000 pro rata, dependent on experience

22.5 hours per week

Our Hospital Director currently has an opportunity for a Personal Assistant. Join us and we'll support you to be your best.

As the Personal Assistant you will:
Control and facilitate meeting schedules
Arrange and minute key committee meetings
Analyse and collate data
Management of Consultant practicing
Work closely with the Practicing Privileges co-ordinator
Prepare presentations and reports to tight deadlines
Liaise with third party stakeholders including consultants
Provide administration support to the Matron and Sales and Service Manager

The Person

To succeed as the Personal Assistant, you will need:
At least 5 years' experience most likely gained at an Executive Assistant level
Sound knowledge and competency in all IT systems
A 'can do' attitude with a proactive and responsive approach to problem solving
Strong communication skills
