Job summary
As a Relief Support Worker at Cale House, you will help make that happen. You will offer care when it matters most and encouragement when it is needed, supporting individuals to grow in confidence and independence. No two days will ever feel the same, but every shift will make a difference.
Qualifications
- You will have a recognised Social Care qualification at SVQ Level 2 or equivalent, or be willing to complete SVQ Level 3 within one year of starting.
- Basic computer skills will help you with record keeping and communication.
Responsibilities
- Supporting people with daily living, personal interests and community activities
- Noticing changes in wellbeing and responding in a caring and appropriate way
- Helping to develop and carry out Personal Support Plans that are truly person centred
- Keeping accurate records and communicating clearly with external professionals
- Taking part in team meetings and ongoing training to build your skills and confidence
