Credit Controller | Manchester City Centre | Credit Control Experience | Property

Job Overview:


Axon Moore is working with an exciting property business which is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to take advantage of an exciting opportunity in joining our team based in Manchester City Centre.

Using your experience, you will be responsible forassisting with credit control within the business. Ensuring suppliers and local authorities are paid in a timely and accurate manner.


Salary:
£25,000-£30,000

Main Duties:

  • Credit Control using telephone communications ensuring flow of the ledger.
  • Meeting individual and team KPI's.
  • Create a strong rapport with customers and internal departments.
  • Deal with invoice queries in a timely manner.
  • Investigate and resolve any instances of unapplied cash.
  • General housekeeping of the Accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
  • Involvement with month end.
  • Ad hoc duties required by management or to meet the needs of the business.

Person Specification:

  • Experience in the Property sector
