What is the overall job?
Reporting into Talent and Organisation Development Partner the Talent Acquisition Specialist will deliver a full 360 recruitment model, partnering with Senior Stakeholders and Hiring Managers to consultatively advise and make recommendations on our recruitment policy, routes to market and direct sourcing methodology in order to attract exceptional talent for all roles


Other key responsibilities include:

  • Global Mobility manage the relocation of individuals globally.
  • Talent pooling create internal/external talent pools for positions with niche/specialist skillsets for future requirements to ensure a pipeline of exceptional talent for our hard to fill and volume roles.

What do I need to be successful in this role?

  • Prior experience in talent acquisition
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage projects alongside businessasusual responsibilities
  • Experience recruiting in construction industry would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of Workday would be advantageous
