Autograph Recruitment are delighted to be partnered with a local business in Chepstow who are currently experiencing significant growth.
With national, and international presence, my client's aim is to simplify their customer's lives thanks to their customisedsolutions. They are seeking a full time Customer Service Manager to join their well-established, busy team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Recruiting, onboarding and training of new team members
  • Delegating tasks and projects, in order to complete tasks to the best ability
  • Preparing and reviewing reports
  • Evaluating team and individual performances
  • Managing absences of leave, sickness and holidays and arranging appropriate cover
  • Implementing improvements to the teams after evaluation
  • Providing a focused and friendly service to all customers and prospects
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers
  • Assisting with queries, taking messages where appropriate
  • Provide a timely and accurate response to enquiries
  • Carrying out general office duties such as maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing, archiving, and document scanning
