Description

Maintenance of Sales and Purchase Ledger

Main Responsibilities:

Data Entry and filing invoices

Reconciliation of supplier payments

Maintenance of internal reconciliation spread sheets

Assistance with month end procedures

Preparing Cash Lodgements

Credit control

Taking incoming calls for transfer

Other general office duties


Essential Skills:

Experience on computer systems

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Ability to work on own initiative

Ability to prioritise own workload


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£1,000.00 per month
