The role


We are seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll and Benefits Co-Ordinator to complete payroll processing, pension schemes and benefits arrangements such as maternity pay.

The postholder will form part of a small finance team, located within the Bursary office at the School.

  • Proven experience as a payroll coordinator and ideally in an educational setting
  • Good knowledge of legislation relevant to payroll, and educational payroll in particular
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Comfortable with MS Excel and its analytical functions, also Word and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and ability to complete queries to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to answer staff queries and provide support
  • Demonstrable team player attitude
A competitive salary (full time equivalent of £30-35,000) is offered, for circa 15 hours per week.
