Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant

Artemis Human Capital are delighted to be working with a thriving PE backed business situated in the heart of the city centre.

Our client is experiencing an exciting, continued period of growth and due to an internal promotion, they are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to join the business on a full time, permanent basis.


Reporting to the Group Financial Accountant, this role will involve -

  • Daily bank recs for the group
  • Maintenance of sales and purchase ledger
  • VAT returns
  • Prepayments and accruals
  • Complete bookkeeping for all 4 trading entities to trial balance

Experience

  • Capable of working within a fastpaced environment and adhering to deadlines
  • Strong communicator who can liaise with staff of all levels
  • Demonstrable experience working within a similar role
  • Capable of taking accounts to trial balance
