Fulltime | Permanent


Salary:
£24,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE


Our client is looking for a Customer Service Export Coordinator to ensure excellent customer service is provided across the full order process whilst providing detailed and accurate order processing.


Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Coordinator

  • Deal with customer enquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service is always provided.
  • Monitor customer feedback and ensure issues are escalated to the Line Manager.
  • Identify areas of development and ways to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Process customer order requirements onto the SAP system.
  • Manage the endtoend order process, providing regular order updates to customers.
  • Consult with customers on ordering patterns, requirements, and future projections.
  • Produce accurate reports, data, and analysis when required.
  • Ensure accurate distribution of order details to relevant teams.
  • Communicate key information to relevant departments, including dispatch and shipping requirements.
  • Ensure invoices are prepared, distributed, and communicated to both internal and external customers.
  • Review invoices and costs to ensure accuracy of charges.
  • Enable order processing, dispatch, and delivery in the most cost effective and efficient way.
  • Undertake all aspects of legal and contractual documentation in the distribution of products via third party haulage and transporters to the UK, EU, and Rest of World (ROW) destinations.
  • React to supplier error reports and work through to positive resolution.

Key Skills of a Customer Service Coordinator

  • Knowledge of Rest of World (ROW) exports.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to analyse and input data accurately.
  • Good understanding of legislation in the distribution of product overseas.
  • Sound IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in the export processes is desirable.
