2nd/3rd line Technical Support Engineer

Circa £35,000 plus benefits

Edinburgh, Scotland (Commutable from Portobello, Kirkliston, Queensferry )

A 2nd/3rd line Technical Support Engineer is needed to join this fantastic team that is trusted to deliver by leading UK brands.

As 2nd /3rd line Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for resolving incidents and problems that come directly from clients and through technical escalations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years 2nd line Support experience
Experience working with a broad range of technologies:

Microsoft OS/ Microsoft 036

Azure
VMware
Citrix / Virtual Desktop/ SQL
Linux
Experience of working with either of these specific techs (Essential)
CISCO Networking
Juniper Networking
Enthusiastic and Driven
Passionate about IT
