For over 25 years Brookson has been supporting the self-employed, contracting, and freelance market with high quality accountancy and finance support.


We offer a wide range of accountancy and finance services tailored to the needs of our customers and we are now seeking a Client Experience Partner to join the team.


The role


We have a fantastic role available within our accountancy services Client Experience team, a specialist team dedicated to ensuring all self employed customers receive the best customer experience from the moment they sign up with Brookson and begin their journey with us as a new customer.


As a Client Experience Partner you'll be proactively delivering an onboarding programme of support to all new limited company customers.

Our customers may be very experienced in trading as a limited company, or may have taken that first step having just moved away from an employed role.

You will be using your communication skills to adapt your approach to the needs of the customer, ensuring any queries which arise throughout this onboarding journey are resolved.


Once a customer is signed off from onboarding they will fully understand all the tools and resources available to them, aware of who their key touchpoints will be for any future queries or annual occurrences such as year end accounts, expense reclaims, self assessment and more.

You will also play a significant role internally with other departments and stakeholders to influence change.

You'll be the voice of our customers, using data and experience to inform positive changes which will enhance the customer experience and support our ethos of continuous improvement.

Other key internal points of contact within the group include; our customer service team aka our Business Advisory team, plus our Accountants and Lead Accountants


What experience are we looking for?

  • Experience, or knowledge of limited companies?
  • Previous experience working in an advisory role previously within a Banking, Finance or Legal services environment.
  • Excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Experience of making outbound calls to your customer groups and managing your own diary to ensure all quality standard are achieved.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal?
