We are looking to recruit a full time Support Administrator.


You will be responsible for working as part of the centralised Support Administration team providing a wide range of high quality and accurate secretarial, administrative, front of house and general office management support across the whole firm, working within agreed time-scales and service standards.

Support admin functions, reception and p&p duties will be operated on a rotational basis.

The time spent on each of the three key areas will be dependant on the overall resourcing at any one time within the team.

You should have excellent and accurate typing skills and experience of using MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience of Adobe/Nuance would be advantageous.


You will have a good standard of writing, grammar and vocabulary skills and ideally a good understanding of IP terminology and its use in written communications would be advantageous.


Above all you will be a good team player and a confident communicator, with a flexible and positive approach to your work, excellent attention to detail and interested in and willing to take on new and different work activity.

You will be able to remain calm when under pressure and be able to cope with high volumes of work within a deadline environment without compromise on quality of work.

A reliable a forward thinking individual who is a good allrounder.
