SOCIAL RESEARCH MANAGER

£45,000 - £55,000, Pension, hybrid working, 25 days holiday

LONDON BASED

I'm working with one of the largest research consultancies in the world on a Research Manager position within their quantitative team.

This role presents the opportunity to work with a range of clients on a variety of topics including crime, inflation, youngpeople, households, science, and a whole range of other fascinating projects that help change people's lives.

THE ROLE:

The Associate Director will have the following responsibilities:

Taking the lead on project, overseeing them to progression whilst liaising with the team Director
Line manages team members, overseeing their training and development
Working one multiple projects at once
Being the main point of contact for clients
Preparing and presenting reports
Liaise with wider teams in the business to meet company goals

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The ideal Research Manager will have:

Background in social research or the desire to go into the topic
Experience with quantitative methodologies
Great communication skills
Be a creative thinker, and the desire to develop themselves and the team further
