This well-known international organisation are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team.

This is a newly created role within the business due to company growth and will be an end-to-end Finance Manager position.

Furthermore, this rolewill be offered on a hybrid working scheme and you will be working in a vibrant working culture.

This role will suit a hands-on Finance Manager who is looking for their next long-term challenge within a growing business.

Finance Manager - About The Role

In this role you will be reporting into the Financial Controller and you will be a key member in the central finance team.

You will be responsible for managing the month end close as well as maintaining an adequate system of accounting records.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Oversee all accounting processes and procedures, ensuring they comply with regulatory and corporate requirements.
Managing the monthly close process and producing relevant financial reports for management.
Review, approve and post journal entries into accounting software system.
Support the FC with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
Assisting with the completion of annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts.
Ensuring accounting procedures and internal controls are in compliance with company standards.
Managing the AP & AR functions.
Prepare the UK, Germany & Ireland monthly payroll.

The successful Finance Manager will have

Previous experience in a similar position
Experience in handling overseas entities
