Responsibilities:


  • Listen to customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Maintain customer records and update customer profiles.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
  • Act as first point of contact for all customers, ensuring a friendly service is instantly portrayed.
  • Investigate customer's requirements to understand needs and advise on suitable products.
  • Establish great customer rapport ensuring a firstclass service is delivered at all times and trust is gained instantly.

Salary:
£22,716.00-£23,668.00 per year
