Our vision is to create great homes together and we now have a fantastic opportunity for you to join us as an Asset Surveyor, covering our homes across Somerset and Dorset.

Our Asset Surveyors work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, working in close collaboration with colleagues as one team.

You will assist in the development of our survey programmes and must be able to interpret and analyse data, to help make data driven decisions.

We want to ensure our customers have the right home.

Our robust approach is to prioritise the safety of our homes, you will help us achieve this by carrying out asbestos and stock condition surveys on our homes.


You will be responsible for assisting our Project Managers to deliver our planned works, whilst making sure our customers are put at the heart of what you do.

You will have a HND in a construction related discipline alongside a strong knowledge of current building regulations. You will have experience of construction from inception through to completion.
