About the role
The role is to work with adults with a complex learning disability in an autism specific service.


The role involves working on a 1:1 basis with people supporting with day to day tasks, supporting with independent living skills and activities.

What will you be doing?

You will be involved in supporting with session activities to include community activities, attending local gyms, community based health walks, also in house sessions, arts and crafts, cook and eat sessions, supporting with personal care and supporting with communication.


You will be working within a small team, though would need to be able to work effectively on your own at times.

About you

we are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, enthusiastic, Be able to work with in a team or on your own initiative.

Ideally we are looking for someone who is able to drive to support our customers accessing the community.

  • We are undertaking consultation with the Trade Unions on terms and conditions and the future NNC pay structure and during this time are appointing new employees on interim spot salaries. You will be advised of the outcome and any impact on your role once this work is complete._
