We are recruiting for the position of Care Co-ordinator


Supporting a range of people in a variety of settings, your input will have a real impact on people's lives.

You will have, or be willing to work towards, your SVQ level 3. The right person can be supported through this process within the company.

You will enjoy a competitive wage for the role
- £25-£26K, Dependant on experience and qualifications, plus overtime paid.

As a Care Co-ordinator, your duties will involve:

  • Rota-management
  • Overseeing the safe and effective support of a portion of our service users
  • Leading and developing a team of our dedicated support workers
  • Participating in the oncall rotation
  • Perform the above in line with legislation and industry best practice
  • Have experience in management
  • Come from a Health and Social Care background
  • Be IT literate
  • Have good organisational and communication skills
  • Have a flexible, proactive approach to achieving the team goals
