Description

Responsibilities:


  • Installing and repairing piping systems
  • Following blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of pipe systems
  • Measuring, cutting, threading and bending pipe to fit
  • Welding, soldering and brazing pipes, fittings and valves
  • Testing pipe systems for leaks
  • Maintaining and repairing pipe systems
  • Communicating with the site supervisor and other team members

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a pipe fitter
  • Experience with welding and soldering
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
  • Must be able to pass a preemployment drug test
  • Must have a valid driver's license

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm


Salary:
£14.13-£22.81 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • DONCASTER: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Pipefitting: 1 year (preferred)
