Leicester making easy to commute to from all parts of
Leiecstershire.

Many of the products that they work with underpin IT security for some of the highest profile organisations globally. The technology sector is experiencing tremendous growth and cybersecurity is at the forefront of this explosion.

The Opportunity


They are looking for a proactive and well organised individual who is keen to learn and further progress their career.


You will be joining a business development team whose activities include managing existing clients, hunting new opportunities within these clients and recruiting new prospects.

Extensive on boarding is provided and there is a continual training programme to ensure your skills are kept current.


The Opportunity:


  • Build long term, sustainable, relationships with both new & existing clients in order to create pipeline, close business and support revenue growth across our product portfolio
  • Work with sales management to build effective account and opportunity plans
  • Managing sales data using our company CRM
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting throughout the fiscal year
  • Maintain product knowledge across our portfolio & strive to understand trends and developments across the sector
  • From time to time there may be a requirement to work from our client's offices but you will be fully reimbursed for this
  • Office based but there is scope to work from customer / supplier sites once trained

Essential Skills:


  • Tenacity and drive to seek new business opportunities both newnew, and within existing accounts
  • Ability to sustain and maintain existing senior contacts within Industry and to use those introductions to expand that network.
  • Use confidence from the above to identify and build new relationships with key industry contacts.
  • Capable of gaining an understanding of a client's business & requirements
  • Outbound sales experience is essential. Less pure sales, more lead generation and relationship building. The sales experience will come later/on the job experience.

Salary & Working Hours:


  • Salary £25,000 + Commission
  • Progression opportunities

  • Holidays: 21 days + bank holidays, increased to 25 after 3 years.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00am 5:30pm (1hr lunch break)
