We are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Care Workers in Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Ferndown, Wimborne and Swanage.

What Do We Require of You:

  • The ability to write accurate and factual records
  • An understanding of safeguarding vulnerable people
  • An understanding of promoting independence and human rights
  • The ability to support people while upholding dignity and respect
  • Knowledge of abuse and its indicators
  • An understanding of care plans and risk assessments
  • Dependable punctuality
  • A willingness to travel to different locations from daytoday
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in care
