An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Catering System Administrator to join our On-Board Experience Team.

The incredible dynamic aviation environment will provide an excellent opportunity to broaden your experience and grow your career within a dedicated and encouraging team.

This role is to act as the functional expert for the current catering operations management system and for the implementation of the future system.


Utilising your experience with regard to computer science, internet technology, data management, airline or catering to support the delivery of the key business priorities.

You will play a key part in providing the day-to-day data management and entry of the catering operations management system to support the catering operations and hence desired customer experience.

Duties will include

  • Act as the system administrator for the current catering system for planning / scheduling / ordering and invoicing
  • Data entry for the current catering management system for supporting daytoday catering operation. Ensure timely and accurate entry of all menus within departmental timelines. Schedule catering product for the airlines global catering operation
  • Ensure new stations are set up successfully and relevant system changes are communicated effectively
  • Participate in internal project meeting for new initiatives to understand the change required by various teams
  • Be responsible for the data entry and management of the new system, including regular changes, data housekeeping, data gathering and data migration
  • Participate in system project activities when required
  • Assist in performing user acceptance tests of individual and final endtoend testings of old and new system when required
  • Assist in the training for internal and external users worldwide and the preparation of the training materials
  • Support pre and post implementation activities
  • Support the implementation of the tobe processes in the impacted business areas


Confident with systems and data management, attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines, understanding of airline business, ground and flight operations, understanding of airline scheduled procedures an advantage are desirable for this role.
