OrderMatic Carbon Reduction LTD is looking for an enthusiastic administration superstar This role involves working and reporting to the administration manager.

We are looking for someone able to commit 25-30 hours a week Monday to Friday.

OrderMatic Carbon Reduction LTD is am installer of solar pv, air source heating and insulations in Norfolk. We operate mainly under Government grant funding streams and this brings challenges with paperwork and compliance.

Job specification

Assist the administration manager with a range of tasks, training and guidance given.

  • Data entry into software property details from drawings to perform heat loss designs.
  • Review job designs (solar, insulation, heating) to ensure materials are ordered and/ or available.
  • Procure materials.
  • Assist in scheduling of resources.
  • Assist in compilation of design paperwork and compliance paperwork for projects/jobs.
  • Prepare handover packs for job completion and ensure digital deliver or postal delivery.
  • Prepare data using excel and web based sources to enable direct mail campaigns to be initiated.
  • Speak to customer and perform satisfaction survey.
  • Prepare documents to be sent to customers for digital signing.
  • Other adhock duties.
This is mainly a working from home role and working arrangements can be flexible.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Salary:
£10.50-£11.50 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 25 per week
